To make a real impact. Air Inuit delivers essential services to Nunavik 24/7 in one of the world’s most demanding environments, offering work that is stimulating, meaningful, and truly rewarding.
At Air Inuit, opportunities are everywhere. Whether you're drawn to ground operations, maintenance, flight operations, HR, IT, finance or administrative positions, there’s a place for you to grow. Whether you want to build deep expertise or explore multiple areas, you’ll find an environment where learning, evolving, and moving forward are all part of the journey.
Filled with challenges, dynamic, and people‑focused. On the ramp, you’ll work outdoors with variable schedules and safety at the core of every operation. In administrative roles, collaboration, rigor, and strong opportunities for growth define the day‑to‑day. And everywhere across the organization, a strong team spirit truly makes the difference.
Work hours and schedules vary depending on the role and operational needs.
Many operational positions involve rotating schedules of 2 or 3 weeks. For flight crews, schedules are either based on a 15/13 rotation or structured over a 28-day block, during which they typically work approximately 15 to 17 days. For commercial operations, ground operations and maintenance, this often includes variable shifts (day, evening/night, and weekends) to support 24/7 operations.
In Nunavik, part-time roles are also offered, depending on local needs.
In administrative roles, schedules are generally more stable, sometimes with options such as one remote work day per week or a compressed workweek (for example, 5/4 or 10/9 schedules, where employees complete their hours over fewer days).
